Our Yoga for Young Athletes programs optimize athletic skills such as coordination, flexibility, balance and focus, to keep kids at the top of their game.
We direct energy flow through mindfulness and breath work, which promotes stamina and calms nerves.
Children will be physically challenged and feel a sense of accomplishment while learning how yoga can help strengthen their minds and bodies for any sport.
