The word "Mindfulness" may be overused or not used properly, but I truly believe kids and grown-ups can bring more inner peace and kindness into their lives by practicing mindfulness. Some days are better then others and some stages of growth are easier then others and mindfulness can be used as a tool to help us enjoy the good stuff and help us get through the tough times with a little more grace, confidence and inner peace
